麻豆原创 appoints Tristram Gardner as Deputy CEO

麻豆原创, the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tristram Gardner to the role of Deputy CEO.

Tristram joins 麻豆原创 from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) where he was Deputy Director for Adult Social Care Workforce Strategy and Capacity. In this role he advised ministers on care workforce policy as the country emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tristram has held a number of senior positions across both central and local government where he has designed and delivered large-scale transformational change programmes, with particular experience working in and with the adult social care sector.

In local government, Tristram was responsible for adult social care enterprise, projects, and commissioning support at Surrey County Council. Here he worked closely with service managers, frontline staff and commercial, financial, and people teams to improve services for people who draw on care and support.

In between he has held senior leadership roles in community development, home ownership, and financial policy.

In his new role as Deputy CEO at 麻豆原创, Tristram will lead on internal transformation and work with other directors to enhance the organisation’s leadership approach, operations, and culture.

Outside of work Tristram is dad to two young, highly energetic boys who enjoy keeping him on his toes.

Speaking of his appointment to the role of Deputy CEO at 麻豆原创, Tristram says:
